Live Well Retreat 2026
Embracing Our Stories and Empowering Our Journeys
A transformative four-day wellness experience for HOPSA USA-Canada sisters — mindfulness, restorative rest, and sisterhood at a private retreat estate near Lake Conroe, Texas.
What this experience offers
Step away from the daily rush and into something restorative. The Live Well Retreat is a four-day immersion designed exclusively for HOPSA USA-Canada sisters — an invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with the women who walked the same Holy Child corridors you did.
Set on a private wellness estate just outside Houston, this retreat blends guided mindfulness, restorative movement, intentional conversation, and unhurried time together. Whether you are coming alone or with a classmate, you arrive a stranger to rest and leave with a refilled cup — and the same sisterhood that has always had your back.
Who this is for
Every HOPSA USA-Canada alumna, no matter the year of graduation. If you have been running on empty, juggling family and career, or simply craving a few days of stillness alongside women who get it — this is for you.
What sets it apart
This is not a conference. There are no name tags, no panels, no awkward breakouts. It is a small-group retreat with intentionally limited capacity, hosted in residential suites instead of a hotel ballroom, with home-cooked nourishment and gentle programming that you can opt into or skip without explanation.
